Holly has become the third female in history to have been married. Her first marriage was with actor Danny Quinn. In 1991 they married, then divorced two years later. Jim Carrey met her in 1994 while attending an Ace Ventura Pet Detective auditions. They didn't get the part but they became friends during filming Dumb and Dumber. They got married in the year 1996. After only a few years of relationship, they divorced in 1997. She married Francis Greco who was born Canadian. As she married Greco and in 2008, she acquired Canadian citizenship. Their divorce took place in 2014. Holly has three children with her three children in Oakville Ontario Canada. Holly, Grant Grant's family along with the Hobart William Smith Colleges established an A Fund to honour her brother Alexander. Holly stated that Alexander "was an individual who had many hopes, dreams and ideas". In 1992, Holly, her father Grant and their families created the A Fund at William and Hobart Smith Colleges in memory of Alexander, who according to Holly "was a boy filled with goals, dreams and dreams."

Alaina was born on November 8, 1994 her parents being Kristy and J. J. Suddeth of Rossville, Georgia. Her father, who was an engineer from Tennessee who began singing at the age of 3. The first time she sang in public was a appearance in a child's choir followed by the karaoke club for a family vacation. The singer sang in any 30-mile area, and performed at church services, at restaurants and other family occasions. Alaina was a singer at the age eight, won at the age of 8 Southern Stars Pageant Talent Competition. The next year she was chosen to take part on the Kids talent stage at the Chattanooga Riverbend Festival. The stage was used every year until she reached the age of 12, after which she took home the prize that enabled her to perform on the big stage at the event. She traveled from Orlando, Florida, when she was 10 to participate at the American Model and Talent Competition. She was the winner of the competition by beating 1,500 other kids. Alaina was part of the Georgia Country Gospel Music Association Children's Choir. Alaina first went to Nashville at age 12. She performed in Tootsie's and other local bars in Broadway. in 2009 Alaina became the very first contestant to win the WinniSTAR Youth Talent Contest at Lake Winnepesaukah amusement park.In addition to performing, Alaina wrote several songs such as Leaving and The Set Me Free. Alaina began singing in 2009 after her cousin Holly Witherow who had been diagnosed with a tumor in the brain. This inspired her. The first position she held was with CiC Pizza. She is a graduate of Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe Senior High School, which is located in Fort Oglethorpe Georgia.
